Shot on location in Warburton, Victoria, Australia, Blackwood is a slow burn horror film:

Nikki, a sound recordist, picks up a strange sound whilst filming on location in a forest. After a disturbing encounter, she wakes up alone, confused and filthy in her house. Her only chance at finding out what happened to her, lies within her sound recorder.

After its release it was picked up by Youtube horror channel Alter garnering over 400k views. A feature version of the film has been written with Tavis Urquhart and is currently being pitched to production companies both in Australia and internationally.
